Abstract：Objective To detect the effect of serum containing DMDAI-L on human myeloid leukemia HL-60 cells. MetHods The proliferation inhibitory effect of serum containing DMDAI-L on human myeloid leukemia HL-60 cells were detected by CCK-8 assay in vitro. Results The high,medium and low-dose groups of serum containing DMDAI-L can inhibit the growth of HL -60 cells,the inhibition rate of high,medium and low -dose groups for 48 hours were 30. 29%,20. 72%,13. 97%and cyclophosphamide group was 18. 16%,there was significantly difference related to the con-trol group(P<0. 05). CoNclusioN The serum containing DMDAI-L can inhibit the growth of HL-60 cells effectively.
