Investigation of formulation and quality of Gastric Soluble Ginkgo Leaf Film - coated Tablets

Abstract：Objective To prepare Gastric Soluble Ginkgo Leaf Film - coated Tablet and explore the formulation and quality. Methods The formulation was optimized with traits,weight difference,disintegration time,hardness,friability,con-tent as parameter by an excipient compatibility testing and orthogonal design,to optimize the formulation and improve quality study. Results According to the optimized formulation and preparation process,the Gastric Soluble Ginkgo Leaf Film -coated Tablets and cores' problems had been improved,and met the requirement of Chinese Pharmacopoeia 2010 criteria. Conclusion The preparation process was simple and reasonable,and the quality of the products met the requirements.
