Analysis on 146 serious adverse drug reaction reports

Abstract：Objective Analysis of serious adverse drug reaction(ADR)report,discuss the method to prevent occur-rence of serious ADR. Methods According to patient age,gender,occupation,reported by ADR pharmaceuticals,route of administration,clinical manifestation were retrospectively analyzed. Results 146 cases of severe ADR,intravenous adminis-tration induced severe ADR cases were the most(89 cases,60. 96% ),followed by oral administration(52 cases,35. 62% );severe ADR antibacterial drug induced the most,followed by cardiovascular drugs and traditional Chinese medicine;clinical manifestations of ADR in anaphylactic shock,drug - induced hepatitis,severe rash;90 cases of severe ADR causing or prolonging hospitalization,42 cases of life - threatening. Conclusion Genesis is related to multiple factors of severe ADR,should strengthen the consciousness of rational drug use,to reduce and avoid the occurrence of serious ADR,ensure safe,effective drug treatment.
