Determination of Hongyuanda Capsules by HPLC

Abstract：Objective To establish an HPLC method for the determination of Hongyuanda Capsules. Methods The mobile phase consisted of 0. 15% tetrabutyl ammonium hydroxide solution(with formic acid pH value to 3. 6)- methanol (87:13),the determination wavelength was 256 nm . Results The linearity was good(R2 = 0. 999 9),the average recover-ies was 99. 62%(RSD = 1. 36% ). Conclusion The method was simple,accurate with good reproducibility and can be used for the determination of Hongyuanda Capsules.
