Study on TLC identification and quality inspection project of Gnaphalium affine

Abstract：Objective To establish a simple and rapid quality control method and standard for Gnaphalium affine quantification. Methods Samples from three different regions were studied on TLC identification. The moisture,ashes,wa-ter - soluble and ethanol - soluble extractives of these samples were determined to establish the quality control standard. Re-sults Quality control standard was developed by the confirmed indicators:TLC identification,moisture,ash,water - soluble extract and alcohol - soluble extract of Gnaphalium affine. Conclusion The quality control standard for the Gnaphalium af-fine established by this research could provide the testing basis for Shandong Province and other regions.
