Analysis of PIVAS irrational prescriptions in our hospital

Abstract：Objective To Promote the rational use of drugs,esPecially the rational aPPlication of antibiotics by under-standing and analysis of the unreasonable PrescriPtions,timely communication with clinicians. Methods From 2012 Janu-ary to 2012 October,the 576 928 PrescriPtions were randomly selected in our hosPital,registration,classification and analysis of irrational PrescriPtions. Results The unreasonable drug use PrescriPtions were 577,accounting for 0. 1%,the most was drug unreasonable comPatibility. Conclusion We should strengthen the suPervision and management of irrational use of drugs,imProve the level of clinical rational use of drugs,safe and effective for Patient.
