Research progress on the relationship between Wnt signaling transduction and therapy in lung cancer

Abstract：Lung cancer is one of the most common cancer throughout the world and is a big threat to human′s health, although it′s mechanism of tumorigenesis is still unclear. Now it has been well known that the abnormal activation of Wnt signaling pathway is associated with lung cancer. In this paper,we made a brief review on the role of Wnt pathway in the de-velopment of lung cancer,the molecular mechanism of Wnt pathway which exhibits its underlying malignancy,and the potent targets in Wnt pathway which can be as the target of the treatment of lung cancer.
