Abstract：Brief introduction for CALB in chiral drugs preparation. According to recent domestic and foreign literature, details of the application for CALB in chiral alcohols,amines,acid selective separation transesterification and so on were in-troduced. The application for lipase in chiral drugs preparation is an important area for drug synthesis,the author mainly re-viewed the application for CALB in chiral alcohols,amines,acid selective separation,transesterification,expecting to provide reference for chiral drugs preparation.
