Abstract：Objective To promote scholars in pharmacokinetics to know more about nonlinear characteristics and ap-plications in the hope of contributing to the perfection and development of pharmacokinetics. Methods recent studies in the parameters calculation of nonlinear pharmacokinetics models were reviewed. Results To bring the new ideas to investi-gate the nonlinear pharmacokinetic parameters calculated method. Conclusion This research would promote the improve-ment and development of the the nonlinear pharmacokinetic parameters calculated method.
