Study on the compatible stability of Mailuoning Injection with two transfusion solutions

Abstract：Objective To study the compatible stability of Mailuoning Injection with two transfusion solutions. Method To explore the changes of the pH,insoluble particles and appearance observation of the mixed injection at 0,3,6,12 h af-ter compatibility,and determine the main component content at 0,3,6 h by HPLC. Results Mailuoning Injection mixed with 5% Fructose Injection have more insoluble particles than 5% Glucose Injection. The stability of other indicators are good. Conclusion The compatible stability of Mailuoning Injection with two transfusion solutions is good and it is better to be used with 5% Glucose Injection.
