Abstract：Objective To prepare Buflomedil Hydrochloride Drops,and analyse its quality. Methods Through formu-lation screening with aspartame,propylene glycol and Pluronic F - 127. And to analyze the quality of buflomedil hydrochlo-ride drops from nature,appreciation,inspection and assaying. Results The Buflomedil Hydrochloride Drops was light yellow clear liquid,and its appreciation,inspection and assaying all met the requirements. Conclusion The preparation had good taste,stable nature and convenient manufacturing technique. The quality analysis method established was convenient, precise and reliable.
