QCC application in improvement of quality management in the pharmacy of outpatient

Abstract：Objective To improve the outpatient pharmacy service quality,and reduce the quantity difference in drug allocation. Methods To set up a "quality management team",select "reduction the number of weekly allocation error in outpatient pharmacy" as the theme,analyze causes of the errors,develop and implement appropriate corrective measures, and check the allocation quality of outpatient pharmacy,confirm the effective measures and made it standardization. Results The weekly average errors number per week from 27. 9 down to 8. 45,and the advancement rate was 69. 71%. Conclu-sion The implementation of QCC can significantly reduce the error rate for drug preparations,improve pharmaceutical serv-ice quality,and it was worthy of promotion.
