Research status of HPLC fingerprint on salvia miltiorrhiza preparations

Abstract：Many HPLC fingerprint studies on the quality of preparations of Salvia miltiorrhiza have been reported by the scholars at home and abroad in recent years. Through the CNKI,Wanfang database and Elsevier database,in Salvia miltior-rhiza,HPLC fingerprint and Quality standard for keywords,valuable literature is nearly 50. This paper summarized the latest progress and research status about these topics. The aim was to discuss the more effective methods which can evaluate the quality of preparation of Salvia miltiorrhiza,and to provide some theoretical reference for the authentication of the quality control for these Chinese patent drugs.
