Abstract：Objective To summarize the advantages and disadvantages in the post setting methods and application of PIVAS,and puts forward improvements. Methods Combining with our practical experience of PIVAS,application of mod-ern management methods to analyze the characteristics of different posts set method. Results Different post settings had different characteristics,different periods can adopt different post settings. Conclusion Variety of patterns can use in PIV-AS work,and continuously optimize the PIVAS work,thus guarantee the quality of work.
