Curative effect on treatment of infection - associated atelectasis via flexible bronchoscopy of mucosolvan

Abstract：Objective To study the role of mucosolvan lavage in the treatment of infection - associated atelectasis via flexible bronchoscopy. Methods In the control group,53 cases of children with infection - associated atelectasis were given antimicrobial drugs and symptomatic treatment;While in the therapy group,on the basis of the above treatment,48 cases of children with infection - associated atelectasis were under the mucosolvan lavage treatment via flexible bronchoscopy. The following parameters were observed:radiographic recovery rate,the length of hospital stay,hospital expenses and complica-tions. Results The mucosolvan lavage treatment via flexible bronchoscopy can evidently improve the radiographic recovery rate,shorten the hospital stay,reduce hospital expenses;Meanwhile,no significant increase in complications and cough symptoms were markedly relieved. Conclusion Through bronchoscopy,the mucosolvan lavage treatment of infection - asso-ciated atelectasis played a more effective role in sputum excretion and respiration duct cleaning - up,and significantly en-hanced the curative effect,with dual effect of both diagnosis and treatment.
