Determination of astragaloside in Xiaoke pills by HpLC - ELSD

Abstract：Objective To establish a method for the determination of astragaloside in Xiaoke Pills. Methods The HPLC - ELSD was conducted on a Thermo - C18 column(4. 6 mm × 250 mm,5 μm)with acetonitrile - water(32:68)as mobile phase,the flow rate was 1. 0 mL·min - 1 . The gas flow rate of ELSD parameter was 1. 60 mL·min - 1 . The drift tube temperature was 80 ℃,the injection volume was 20 μL. Results The linear range of astragaloside was 1. 016 ~ 4. 064μg,r = 0. 999 8(n = 5),the recovery rate was 97. 03% ,RSD = 1. 8%(n = 9). Conclusion The established HPLC - ELSD was simple,rapid,accurate,reproducible,and can be used for the quality control of Xiaoke Pills.
