Production Practice of Comprehensive Utilization of Flue Gas in the Medium and Low Temperature Section of Annular Cooler

Abstract：Addressing the issue of low utilization efficiency of flue gas in the medium and low temperature sections of the annular cooler at Luoyuan Min Guang Company,technological renovations were carried out using flue gas from these sections for hot air ignition,hot air sintering,and dusty steam treatment in the mixer.Hot air ignition reduced gas consumption by 2.4 m3/t and sintering costs by 0.34 Yuan/t.Through hot air sintering,the sinter drum index increased by 0.48%,FeO content control decreased by 0.34%,the FeO stability increased by 5.51%,and the R stability improved by 0.27%,significantly enhancing the quality of sinter.By treating dusty steam in the mixer,the outlet dust concentration can be reduced to below 1 mg/m3,achieving ultra-low emissions,reducing equipment corrosion and raw material waste.
