Development of the Rolling Process for Superstandard Bar with a Diameter of 320 and 330 Millimeters

Abstract：The superstandard bar with a diameter of 320 and 330 millimeters are producted using round billrts with a diameter of 600 millimeters as raw material by Juneng Special Steel.The first trial rolling of the bar with a diameter of 320 and 330 millimeters was a complete success through the reasonable desig plans for rolling reduction of blooming mill,rolling pass system of continuous rolling unit and parameters of rolling process.The quality of the product meets the requirements of the standards.
