Abstract:Coking wastewater has become a difficult point in the field of industrial wastewater treatment due to its complex toxic pollutants such as phenols, cyanides, and high concentrations of ammonia nitrogen. This article focuses on the A/O internal circulation biological denitrification process, systematically analyzing its technical principles and engineering application value.By dismantling the reaction mechanisms of nitrification and denitrification in biological denitrification systems, the core logic of their synergistic achievement of efficient pollutant removal is elucidated;combining the characteristics of coking wastewater inlet water quality, sorting out the industry discharge limits and special area control standards in different periods, providing a basis for optimizing process parameters.Practice has shown that this process fully utilizes the carbon source of raw water to complete denitrification reactions, achieving independent reflux of sludge and sewage, and efficiently integrating nitrification and denitrification processes.Provide reliable technical solutions for wastewater treatment in the coking industry and assist in the industry's green transformation.
