Abstract：This article focuses on the application and innovation of intelligent magnetic separation technology for palletizing machines in steel production.Through in-depth analysis of the problem of the palletizing machine in the wide and thick plate heat treatment production line of a certain steel plant,intelligent magnetic separation technology for the palletizing machine has been developed.This technology effectively solves many problems of traditional palletizing machines,significantly improves lifting accuracy,efficiency,and safety,promotes the development of steel production towards intelligence,and provides important support for technological progress and industrial upgrading in related fields.
