Abstract：To address issues such as poor wear resistance of the chain grate conveyor's chute plates,long relocation processing time,and unreasonable material distribution angles,technical measures have been adopted,including using stainless steel plates,designing automatic reset structures,and optimizing the material distribution angle.These measures have led to a"material pile material"distribution method,improving the uniformity and gas permeability of the material layer,and enhancing the heat utilization efficiency and production efficiency of the rotary kiln.
