Abstract:This study established an ICP-MS(Inductively Coupled Plasma Mass Spectrometry)method for the determination of 10 trace impurity elements(calcium, magnesium, aluminum, iron, cobalt, nickel, copper, zinc, arsenic, and lead)in high-purity germanium dioxide.By optimizing sample pretreatment conditions and instrument working parameters, matrix effects and polyatomic ion interferences were effectively eliminated. The results showed that the method exhibited a wide linear range for all 10 elements, with correlation coefficients greater than 0.999.The detection limits ranged from 1 to 10 ng/g,spike recoveries were between 85%and 115%,and the relative standard deviations(RSD)were less than 10%.This method is simple, rapid, accurate, and suitable for the determination of trace impurities in high-purity germanium dioxide.
