Low Cost Control for Double-chamber Kiln Based on Digital Intelligence and Lean Management Mode

Abstract：Based on the production conditions of Shiheng Special Steel,and addressing the challenge of low cost control in double-chamber kilns,we analyzed the production characteristics and cost composition of double-chamber kilns.By deeply integrating digital intelligence technology with lean management concepts,we proposed corresponding cost control strategies,achieving a cost reduction of 12.65 Yuan/ton.
