Abstract：This paper summarizes the process of blowing out,blowing in,and rapid production recovery after restarting the No.3 blast furnace at the ironmaking plant of Shiheng Special Steel.Key operational techniques,parameter controls,and management measures during the blow-out and blow-in phases are elaborated.Practical experiences in blow-out preparation and operations,furnace lining spraying,selection of blow-in parameters,and operational rhythm control are highlighted.Optimization directions are also discussed.
