Abstract：In the face of the decline in the quality of the original fuel,the Lai Steel 3 200 m3 blast furnace is optimized from the aspects of the scum system,the scum iron discharge,the blast furnace heat system,and the fabric system,and formulated a complete control model.In the case of low magnesium and large residue ratio,the fuel ratio reaches 505 to 510 kg/t,and has achieved good economic and technical indicators.
