Abstract：This article introduces the transformation of blast furnace material chute and the application of material matrix control technology in blast furnace production.By renovating the fabric chute with new wear-resistant materials and optimized structure,its service life and fabric accuracy have been significantly improved.Meanwhile,with the help of fabric matrix control technology,precise distribution of furnace materials has been achieved,improving gas utilization efficiency and reducing fuel consumption.By combining measures such as adjusting the air supply device and selecting the platform with funnel material matrix,the smelting situation of the blast furnace has been effectively improved,providing strong support for the efficient and stable operation of the blast furnace.
