Abstract：Based on AI digital twin technology,real-time key data of each link in the continuous casting process can be obtained,which can accurately simulate and predict the continuous casting process,predict the possible results under different process parameters and operating conditions,and optimize the actions of the billet production process in a timely manner based on analysis;Through the optimization design of stack algorithm,automatic billet control that flexibly meets the requirements of multiple billet types and processes is achieved,realizing the information tracking of casting billets.At the same time,achieving automation and intelligence in steel billet management,providing timely,accurate,and comprehensive production data,and meeting the requirements of steel mills for steelmaking cost accounting and metal yield.
