Application Practice of Tuyere Sleeve with Sealing Ring in Blast Furnace

Abstract：The traditional hard connection method between the small sleeve and the middle sleeve of the tuyere is prone to air leakage,which affects the production efficiency and energy consumption of the blast furnace.By adding two sealing rings at the edge of the air outlet sleeve,this problem was effectively solved.The article elaborates in detail on the structure,working principle,material selection,installation method,and actual application effect of the device,including its impact on hot air utilization rate,energy consumption,equipment life,etc.,and compares and analyzes it with traditional devices.
