Application and Benefit Analysis of Powerful Mixer in Sintering Process

Abstract：The study compared various production data before and after the powerful mixer was put into use.The results show that after the powerful mixer was put into use,the daily output of sinter ore increased significantly by 442 tons;the solid fuel consumption decreased significantly,with a reduction of 0.28 kg per ton of sinter ore.In the blast furnace ironmaking process,the application of the powerful mixer also achieved remarkable results.The amount of return fines per ton of iron decreased by 9.10 kg,and the comprehensive coke ratio decreased by 0.11 kg/t.Overall,the application of the powerful mixer has achieved a double improvement in the output and quality of sinter ore,effectively reduced production costs,and optimized the operation indicators of the blast furnace,the annual comprehensive benefit is approximately 3.2232 million Yuan.
