Abstract:To determine the determination of SiO2,S,P and other components in fluorite, the sample was cooled into the sample box after automatic weighing and melting system, and then transferred to MXF-2400 type X-ray fluorescence spectrometer for determination.Through a variety of comparative tests, the measurement results of each group in the melt sheet method are accurate and reliable, and can be accepted.Samples were determined by X-ray fluorescence spectrometer melt method instead of gravimetric method for SiO2,phosphorus molybdenum blu-ray method for P,infrared carbon-sulfur method for S,under the premise of maintaining the accuracy of the results, the detection time was significantly shorter than the traditional detection method, because the use of glass melts,so the stability has been significantly improved, through the development of fluorite X-ray fluorescence spectrometer automatic melting system detection,It has a very important guiding significance for the material ratio in fluorite, the output of hot metal and the performance of steel, and also avoids the pollution of soil and water by the waste liquid containing heavy metal ions generated in the process of chemical determination of SiO2 and P.
