Analysis of the Production and Utilization Effects of Steel Slag Tailings in Sintering Blending
WANG Zhaohe
Abstract:In order to improve the comprehensive utilization value of steel slag tailings in steel plant disposal and achieve solid waste resource utilization,a sintering production experiment was carried out based on the sintering raw materials and steel slag characteristics of Quanzhou Mingguang Iron and Steel. The physical and chemical indicators of the sintered ore were measured and studied, and the utilization effect of steel slag tailings was analyzed. The results showed that the proportion of steel slag tailings was 1.555%,and the process and cost indicators changed. The sintering utilization coefficient and low-temperature reduction pulverization performance of sintered ore were improved, and the solid consumption decreased; The TFe of sintered ore decreased by 0.347%,CaO increased by 0.206%,SiO2 increased by 0.112%,MgO content increased by 0.094%,P content increased by 0.013%.The cost of sintered ore decreased by 13.24 Yuan/t,and the cost per ton of iron decreased by 7.04 Yuan/t.From May to August,Quanzhou Mingguang sintering used 13 000 tons of tailings, with a ratio of 1.05%.The grade of sintered ore decreased by 0.237%,and the grade entering the furnace decreased by 0.2%,offsetting the consumption of imported ore and lime powder. The cost of sintered ore entering the furnace decreased by 7.68 Yuan/t,and the cost of iron per ton decreased by 2.92 Yuan.
