Practice of Automatic Renovation of Ladle Baking System

Abstract：There are many ladle baking positions in a steel enterprise,and at the same time,it is basically a single point control,without accurate measurement and accurate control system.In view of this situation,this project can realize the ladle baking process in different states automatically according to the baking process curve,and the accurate control and measurement of ladle baking gas in a certain enterprise by upgrading and reforming the ladle baking PLC automatic control system.The gas consumption is effectively reduced by nearly 30%,and the ladle baking control and data in the steelmaking workshop are connected through Ethernet after the transformation and upgrading,and the remote control and energy consumption data detection of ladle baking are realized.This paper has certain reference significance for the development of ladle baking technology in the steel industry.
