Method for Determination of Herbicides in Acetone Was Established

Abstract：In this paper,the determination of reference materials in acetone by Gas chromatography was studied.The method was validated by changing the inlet temperature,the split ratio and the temperature-programmed conditions.It is confirmed that the method has a good precision and linearity with a small random error and a relative standard deviation of less than 2%,it can be used as the analysis method of homogeneity test and stability test for the reference material of herbicide solution in acetone.
