Abstract：Based on the production conditions of Shiheng Special Steel,this study analyzes the influencing factors of using low calorific value gas for calcination in a double chamber vertical kiln,formulates reasonable calcination processes,improvement measures,and innovative technologies.And stable and smooth operation of the double chamber vertical kiln was achieved.Full production capacity and the desired results were reached.
