Abstract：Through data collection of historical heat number related information conditions,a historical database is established,and then classified according to the same or similar principles to obtain various secondary databases of oxygen lance height control curves.After fitting and processing,the dynamic control curve of oxygen lance blowing position under corresponding conditions is obtained,realizing automatic control of oxygen lance blowing position,effectively avoiding"splashing"or"drying back"phenomena caused by improper lance position control during the blowing process,ensuring the smooth operation of the blowing process,improving production efficiency and the recovery rate of the metal.
