Abstract：According to blast furnace production needs in Shansteel,94 hours of shut in operation was carried out.In order to ensure the stability of large blast furnace after furnace shut condition,by making strict furnace technology scheme,optimizing the structure of furnace,detailed calculation furnace load,strengthen furnace insulation to reduce heat loss,after 2.5 hours air volume hack to the wind level,the rapid recovery of furnace condition was realized.The furnace economic and technical indicators are good.
