Analysis of Surface Peeling Defects on 022Cr18Ti Stainless Steel Pickled Plate

Abstract：Long strip like peeling defects were found on the surface of the 022Cr18Ti stainless steel hot-rolled steel strip during the pickling process,which has an increased impact on subsequent use.This article conducts detection and analysis of peeling defects,and determines that the surface peeling defect is caused by slag inclusion under the casting billet.Corresponding improvement measures have been studied and developed to effectively solve the problem of peeling on the surface of 022Cr18Ti steel strip.
