Abstract：Shandong ShouguangJuneng Special Steel designed and developed hardenability structure steel 20MnCrS5HH.Through process optimization,precise composition design and adjustment,further optimizing steel making and hot rolling process,after carburizing heat treatment,this grade have good strength,tenacity,hardenability,cutting performance,and excellent mechanical properties,that fully meet the requirements of customer orders.After quenching and tempering,it is processed into large cross-section parts or small gears after carburizing by customers,finally get the optimum value of its design performance.
