Production under Economic Burden of 3800m3 Blast Furnace in LaiwuSteel

Abstract：Analyzed the adoption of economic furnace materials for smelting in 3 800 m3 blast furnace in the face of new steel production situation.By innovatively establishing an air flow index model,a weighted angle system for fabric analysis can be achieved.By scientifically selecting the tuyere area,flame temperature,and managing the slag making system and furnace body static pressure during the smelting process,the blast furnace achieves low-carbon consumption reduction,and the process energy consumption is reduced to 350.43 kgce/t.
