Abstract：This article introduces the structure of intelligent lubrication equipment.It explains the main components of the mechanical and electrical components of the Intelligent Lubrication Equipment.This article explained the fault categories and steps for fault diagnosis of the intelligent lubrication system,and the techniques for troubleshooting.It focused on analyzing several methods for troubleshooting and handling atypical faults,that takes the application of intelligent lubrication equipment in a steel rolling enterprise as an example.
