Abstract：By analyzing the factors that affect the coal consumption per ton of coke,Chongqing Iron and Steel has significantly reduced and continuously stabilized the coal consumption per ton of coke by strengthening the measurement and inspection of incoming coal,improving the representativeness of coal sampling,ensuring the sealing of sampling equipment,controlling the moisture content of coal entering the plant,reducing coal loss,controlling the volatile content of blended coal,reducing coke burning loss,and ensuring the accuracy of coke measurement.Currently,it is stable at the level of 1.320.
