Abstract：The structure and application effect of a blast furnace gas flow monitoring device are introduced.Through the temperature detection and ratio calculation of the gas flow in different directions of the furnace roof,the data and accurate judgment of its development degree and trend can be realized,which can effectively solve the problem of material surface ditching caused by the traditional cross temperature measurement device,stabilize the distribution of blast furnace gas flow,and improve the utilization rate of coal gas.
