Exploration of the Mechanism of Blast Furnace Wall Thickening

Abstract：In the process of blast furnace production,there are many factors that cause the thickness of blast furnace wall.When the thickness occurs,the operating parameters and the running condition of blast furnace will also change.This paper probes into the thickening mechanism of blast furnace wall,determines the thickening position,calculates the thickness of the cement,and adopts the methods of hot washing and blasting to eliminate the thickening of blast furnace,so as to realize the stable condition of blast furnace and constantly improve the technical and economic indicators of blast furnace.
