Innovative Application of Roll Fittings in Dust Removal of Rolling Line

Abstract：This study introduced the use of roll fittings in steel rolling production lines to suppress and remove dust generated during the rolling process.Adding a dust collection hood to the guiding structure mainly utilizes principles such as heat and humidity exchange,inertial collision,and electrostatic capture,coupling the inertial force,electric field force,gravity,concentration gradient force,etc.,combined with heterogeneous nucleation condensation phase change,external spatial flow field organization,and internal structural flow field optimization,the efficient removal of steam and dust particles was achieved.
