Abstract：The surface color difference defect found in pickling process of 06Cr13 steel strip was caused by uneven thickness of oxide scale and unreasonable control of acid concentration and temperature.In order to improve the color difference of pickling,the process of heating and dephosphorization,scaling and shot blasting,pickling process and production organization,equipment management and control were optimized,06Cr13 pickling plate color defects were effectively controlled.
