Renovation Practice of Intelligent Combustion System for Steel Rolling reheating Furnace

Abstract：In view to the problems of large temperature fluctuations,high energy consumption,and high labor intensity in the existing reheating furnace heating system of Weifang Special Steel Co.,Ltd.,by upgrading and renovating the intelligent combustion control system of the steel rolling heating furnace control system,the labor intensity has been reduced and the heating temperature control accuracy has been improved from ±45℃ to ±30 ℃,reducing the use of blast furnace gas by 50-80 m3/t of steel,and the gas energy-saving efficiency is about 10％-15％,improving enterprise benefits.
