Abstract：According to the quality requirements of ultra-thin tin base plate for 0.105-0.25 mm printed iron cans,an ultra-thin tin plated substrate for printed iron cans has been successfully developed.By optimizing the steelmaking process parameters,the purity of molten steel can be improved.By optimizing the hot rolling process the physical properties of the cold rolling raw materials is ensured.Through designing and installing a compressed air heating and drying device for pickling steel strips on the 950 pickling line,and modify the compressed air knife of the 950 rolling mill,the surface quality of the product is improved.By upgrading and renovating the thickness gauge of the rolling mill,the thickness accuracy of the product is improved.The annealing process and leveling process parameters were optimized to ensure the physical properties of the product.
