Production Practice for 120 t Double Water Mouth LF Refining Ladle

Abstract：In view of the serious erosion of the inner lining of double water inlet fully refined ladle,which affects the safe use of ladle and restricts the production process,the life extension of double water inlet fully refined ladle was studied.Through the development and application of ladle lining composite masonry,refining spray slag mixing,electrode splashing slag filling and other technical means,the life of double-water inlet fully refined ladle has been greatly improved,and the primary ladle service life has been increased from 35.9 times to 53.7 times.
