Optimization of Blast Furnace Power System

Abstract：Due to the transformation were carried out, such as blast furnace slag washing system equipment operation stability, Partial pressure modification of coal gas system, Exhaust gas system waste heat utilization and water system energy saving, the safety, stable and economical operation for blast furnace power equipment was realized. The gas pressure of No.2 blast furnace with 1 080 m3 was increased from 4 to 6 kPa. The recovery rate of waste gas is increased from 60%to 83%, the coke moisture of No.5 and No.6 blast furnace was removed from 3%to 6%,more than 12 million Yuan of annual economic benefits can be saved.
