Research on Cost Control of Bell Type Annealing Line

Abstract：In order to reduce cost consumption, a series of measures were adopted for the bell-type furnace Units in Jigang Thin Strip Plant of Shandong Steel Group Co., Ltd., such as the production organization mode and steel coil stacks were optimized, the production process parameters and process control were improved, the equipment maintenance and management were strengthened, the treatment of abnormal conditions were improved and so on. Therefore, the average furnace charging number was increased by 3.38 tons, the team production in peak hours was increased from 75 to 80 tons (4 to 5 steel coils) or so, the quality of the product was improved, and the total cost of 1 561 000 Yuan was saved per year.
